The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, with two subway stations within walking distance and easy access to the center. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast offers a reasonable selection of cold meats and other items, and there are several grocery stores and fast food options nearby.
Some guests have reported issues with noisy rooms or outdated elevators, which could be problematic for light sleepers or those with mobility issues.

Good value for money in a big-city hotel. Exellent transport links.
Noisy (especially the plumbing) on the ground floor. Previously stayed in this hotel in an upstairs room and it was quieter.

The service was welcoming with parking nearby. The room I stayed in was silent with 2 beds. Location: the hotel was near to the center, the underground and supermarket and restaurants.
Some people working there were very unfriendly.

I recently stayed at the Arktur City Hotel in Berlin for a few nights. The location was great, close to the city center and within walking distance to attractions like Charlottenburg. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby being open 24 hours was convenient. The room was newly renovated, clean, and had everything I needed. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options. it was a pleasant stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel was obviously just remodeled, everything looked and smelled very new, like fresh paint. (But the smell was not overpowering, just enough to notice.) The staff spoke English and the bed was very comfortable. Great location. We will stay again next time we return to Berlin. The TV had several hundred channels and several in English, which was nice. The hotel was very quiet and we slept well. It was very close to the opera house, which was why we chose this hotel. Breakfast was not included in the rate, but we always look forward to going to Dunkin Donuts when we visit Berlin, so it didn't matter anyway.
The room and bathroom were very small, probably the smallest hotel room in Europe I have stayed in.

Location not far from the center of the. For shots visit Sushi King, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, and modern with great heating and a modern bathroom. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the staff was helpful and English-speaking. The hotel's location in Charlottenburg was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to attractions and public transportation.
Can't think of anything.

Good hotel, everything has been said further up :-) Excellent for the price we had to pay in the center of one of the main european capital.

The hotel is near an underground stop. It is in a quite area and always open. The entry is separated from the reception and the elevator is very old.

The hotel is conveniently situated right across from a bus stop, and there is a fantastic sushi place with great drinks just a short walk away.

At the price I expected something far worse, but hopfully the hotel rooms was clean, new and very nice. So close to metro station and there was also private parking place. Also the breakfast was very nice. Generally atmosphere was more than OK.
Hallway, but it's not a big disadventage :)

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in a calm area close to Charlottenburg is a big plus, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and equipped with private bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay adds even more convenience.
No major concerns, everything was fine.

The room was excellent - well furnished, modern, spacious and comfortable. The bed was equivalent to an English double bed and very comfortable. The bathroom was compact with an excellent shower and with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very plentiful with a good variety. We were lucky to get a good deal and were very pleased with the hotel in general. The location was excellent only 8 minutes by bus - from outside / opposite the hotel - from the Zoologischer Garten, from where you can get to anywhere in Berlin and around! The staff were friendly and helpful and were on duty 24/7.
Although it was the end of May, the weather was cool and so I did not need to have the window open at night; the room was facing a busy road and it was noisy from about 5 o'clock in the morning, so in summer when the weather was warmer and with the necessity to have windows open, the traffic would be a disturbance as there is no air conditioning. This the only draw back that I could envisage!

Very nice and centraly located hotel for budget travelers. Short ride to Tegel Airport (15 minutes with bus+U-Bahn). Bus station is in front of hotel, U-Bahn is 3 minutes away and center of West Berlin is within walking distance. Free wirelles internet and breakfast included in price.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
